Brief Description:
Kadampa Buddhism is a modern and accessible presentation of the ancient wisdom of Buddhas. We have carefully taken these very pure and timeless teachings and blended them with our unique New Zealand culture to develop a practice which can be easily integrated into the modern way of life of all New Zealanders.
We understand the many pressures of life, so we offer a variety of meditation classes and practices. Kadampa Meditation is your peaceful haven in a hectic world. You do not need to be a Buddhist to try out these practices, or to benefit from them. We welcome you and sincerely hope that you will be able to join us in our activities.
