The Satyananda Yoga Nidra & Meditation classes are there to give you the experience of deep physical & mental relaxation, greater clarity of mind and an improved relationship with your breath.
These classes are for anyone; you don't have to be practicing yoga otherwise. By attending a set of 10 sessions, in which you are guided through the practices systematically you create a foundation of direct experiences, which will help implement the tools learned in class in day to day life.
