YOGA JOURNEY    returns  7th July          7.30pm Tuesdays

Mt Albert War Memorial Hall   

An evening of pure relaxation for body, mind and soul. Beginning with some gentle yoga stretches, followed by a guided deep peace relaxation, yoga breathing exercises and ending with beautiful kirtan. You will leave feeling enlivened and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

Mary Thomas Center, 7 Gibbons Rd, Takapuna

ANNOUNCEMENT: HOY is merging with our sister program YOGA JOURNEY (Tuesdays at Mount Albert War Memorial Hall starting July 7th), and over the next few weeks we will transition to the name YOGA JOURNEY for both programs. Our Thursday program will remain the same apart from the name change, but Tuesday’s program will see a few changes which we will announce the details of soon. We are excited to see all our fellow yogis again and to welcome new attendees. We encourage you to bring your own mat and water bottle.  See you all on Thursday!

Gentle stretches, guided breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. simple practices for balanced well being. To maintain good hygiene standards, please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle. All welcome.
