Yoga Asanas

Yoga can be practiced by everyone, no matter your age or physical ability, to improve your overall health. Introducing Yoga into your daily routine will promote mental clarity, helping with focus and stress management, allowing you to be more present and mindful in your day to

day life. 

Hatha yoga asanas (exercises) are a great way to keep your body supple, energized, fit and healthy. These exercises gently stretch,
strengthen

and tone muscles, increase flexibility, balance hormones, and cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body.  When combined with special breathing techniques, yoga exercises  help one to relax, reduce stress and calm and focus the mind. 

Classes

Our free yoga and meditation classes are suitable for everyone, from beginners to more experienced. They include yoga relaxation, calming breathing exercises and meditation to help you achieve a more harmonious balance in your life.

YOGA JOURNEY

An evening of pure relaxation for body, mind and soul. Beginning with some gentle yoga stretches, followed by a guided deep peace relaxation, yoga mantra breathing, japa meditation and ending with beautiful kirtan meditation. You will leave feeling enlivened and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

Gentle stretches, guided breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. simple practices for balanced well being. To maintain good hygiene standards, please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle. All welcome.
